Booking & Cancellation Policy:
- A 50% non-refundable deposit of the cost of the entire stay is required to confirm a booking
- Upon receipt of proof of payment, you will receive a written confirmation of your booking from Cape Flame Guest House
- Full payment of the booking fee is payable either before on on arrival.
- All extras are to be settled on departure.
The following cancellation fees apply on full booking fees, if there is a cancellation or no-show:
- If the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to your arrival, a 50% cancellation fee is applicable based on the outstanding 50% balance
- If the cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to your arrival, a 100% cancellation fee is applicable
